Christian Counseling for women ages 19 and up. An integrative approach that takes into consideration the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual parts of ourselves. I want to work with you to help identify the coping tendencies that have you stuck and develop a different pathway that leads to courageous forward movement. I want to encourage you to become curious about your patterns, the narratives that lead to those patterns, and how to be vulnerable with Jesus so His grace and truths can create an inward change that leads to further changes with yourself and others. Isaiah 43:19 reassures us that God is doing a new thing.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
Hurts done to us or by us can lead us to a place of shame and isolation. We create a story, an identity, and a way of coping and relating that brings in more chaos that furthers isolation and shame. I have found for myself and others how bringing this into light with another person can offer a great deal of hope. Compassionate curiosity, and allowing a new thing that God is doing brings beauty and resiliency. It is a humbling place to be invited into a scared place like this with another person.
