I have been assisting individuals, couples and families with their counseling needs for the past 14 years. I work with clients to develop an unquiet fit to their personal needs drawing from several modalities, including but not limited to, Family Systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic interventions and Solution Based approaches. My counseling method is unique and personable assisting those to receive their desired resolutions and solutions through a trustworthy client and counselor/coach relationship. I assist individuals in gaining knowledge of how they relate to self and others, through empowering them to overcome their most difficult life situations.
