About

We believe that the church is the people, not place. The word ‘church’ comes from the Greek word ekklesia, which refers to the congregation of people that make up a church family. People from various ages, backgrounds, and experiences are united through the Gospel of Christ.

Each Sunday morning at 10:30 am, we gather collectively to worship Jesus and celebrate His death and resurrection which He accomplished to redeem us, restore us, and to re-create us. Our time together includes singing, prayer, giving, updates, and biblical preaching. We would love for you to join us. It is our prayer that God would make Himself known to you through the person and work of Jesus Christ and that you would be captured by His beauty and glory.

By God’s grace, we have the blessing of owning a large, spacious facility right in the center of downtown Haverhill. You may enter the Sanctuary directly from the outside through the wooden doors at the front of the church building, from inside the church through the back door or through the front door of the Christian Education building. You will be met by our friendly greeters or look for signs for the “Sanctuary” once you are inside.

On Sunday mornings, join us in the Mitchell Cafe before the service for coffee, refreshments, and fellowship. The Sunday morning service is also broadcast live in the Mitchell Cafe for those who may need to step out of the Sanctuary but would still like to participate in the service.
