Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I came from a broken home. My parents were divorced when I was two. My father was an alcoholic. My sister died from liver failure due to her alcoholism. And I was addicted to drugs and alcohol and a destructive lifestyle for 15 years. Jesus Christ saved me and helped me to break free from my addiction. Then I realized I had a lot of other issues that I needed to work through. A Christian Counselor helped me work on those issues and over time God supernaturally healed my heart. That's why I have a burden for other people who have issues they are trying to work through, especially those who are struggling with addiction.
