I am a Torah-based, Sabbath Day worshipper, and follower of Biblical Feasts days. I believe at the heart of spirituality is a healing relationship with God Yahuah. Brokenness happens through the fallen nature of humankind, beginning with Adam and Eve. Often this brokenness is at the soul level. At this level, through the grace of God Yahuah the individual is led to a convicted heart to repentance. It is through repentance that healing begins.
Being healed from brokenness myself once the Holy Spirit led me to conviction and praying for forgiveness of my sins I received forgiveness. Salvation was mine through the grace and mercy of God Yahuah. This has instilled in me a love for helping others find their way back to Yah. I have worked with children and families, addictions, grief, marriage counseling, homosexuality, depression, anxiety, bitterness, and ills of the soul. Compassionate Soul Care Ministry (CSCM) works from the soul level.
Why I Became a Pastoral Therapist
I became a Pastoral Coach and Counselor after having been inspired to do so by the Holy Spirit. Calling is a better word. My gift for counseling and inspiring others to be the best they can be has always been a part of my makeup. I did not connect the two until the years I decided to go back to school where I majored in Biblical Studies. Being a natural, I did not have the sight for coaching and counseling, but God's Holy Spirit led me all the way through to receive a Master of Divinity and Pastoral Counseling. I love what I do!
