At 65, I've known both joy and heartache, uncertainty and hope, So wherever you're at, I offer compassionate, non-judgmental understanding. As an LCSW and Spiritual Director, I listen for how God is working, right now, silently and invisibly, but surely and eternally in your life. We go beyond coping mechanisms and behavior changes, to transforming your past into new possibilities, full of purpose and meaning.
Together, we look at how your history influenced your thinking. We work to correct ideas that prevented you from setting boundaries or triggered your anxiety. Bad decisions don't have to continue to have bad effects. Once you feel cared about and understood, you'll be more able to make genuine connections, find a way through difficulties, and live life to its fullest.
