About

I'm a Christian and have been counseling for 30 years (25 years as an LPC in Texas). My expertise is most evident with clients that have a trauma background. I use EMDR and Flash technique to process negative and traumatic memories which leads to reduction in common clinical symptoms that stem from trauma, like depression, anxiety, triggers, and panic. And since trauma involves the whole being, I'm passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted their relationship with God, others, and self.
