It's really important that there is a good fit between you and the therapist that you choose to work with on the issues that you are facing. In fact, the chances of success in treatment are largely dependent on three important factors: the right time (you are committed to doing what it takes to succeed), the right person (your therapist's expertise) and the right treatment mode (research supported treatment). I recognize that each person has a unique story and "one size does not fit all". I will customize a program for you that will help you achieve your goals using a whole-person approach, mind, body, and spirit.

I provide a free phone consultation so if you would call or leave me an email, we can schedule that phone consult and we can talk about what your needs are and you can decide what your next step will be.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I believe we all have inborn talents that we can use to fulfill a purpose. We will face challenges as we move forward toward fulfilling that purpose and finding happiness. It is both an outward and an inward journey. We can and must find a way to move through disappointment and loss and find meaning in life again, and to turn mistakes into future successes. We can learn to be resilient and use what we have learned for a greater good.

I have at times needed help coping with disappointment and loss, but throughout it, God placed people in my path to help me along the way. It is now my a privilege to be able to help others overcome the struggles they are facing so they can get back on track to living the life they were meant to live.
