Katherine has been a therapist for the past 30 years. Degree is a M.A in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University in Boston MA. I am a client based therapist, I conduct both short and long term therapy. My primary therapeutic goal is to create an environment of safety and healing for my clients, enabling and encouraging space for reparative growth. I am working privately. I am seeing clients both in person and via Zoom. My areas of expertise are; anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, food related challenges, ADHD, trauma, and transitional issues.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
As a psychotherapist, I especially enjoy when clients have an interest in exploring the intersection of Faith and psychology. My faith is central to my life and I count it a privilege to walk beside a client as they move towards a place of healing.
