For over 20 years I have worked in Individual & Family Intervention. I have been counseling through my own private practice since 2008. Credentials include an MA in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified in Child Sexual Abuse Treatment, Registered Play Therapist & Supervisor & member in good standing of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
For several years, working as the Executive Director of a Pregnancy Center, I assisted post-abortive clients and found that 99% of them had some sexual abuse in their lives. I decided to learn more about trauma. I have become a Certified Trauma Professional through the International Trauma Training Institute.
As a member in good standing with AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors) my counseling is Biblically based to glorify God while helping others navigate life's difficulties.
