I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and count it a privilege to walk through the challenges, joys, pain, and laughter of each person that bravely ventures into therapy. You might feel stuck, need a change, or want freedom from some of the heaviness that life seems to hand out. I want to help you find hope and options. I believe therapy is a beautiful haven for processing these challenges with safety and support. I want to meet you right where you’re at, with whatever you are facing, and figure out the next step together.
I work primarily with an Attachment, Existential, and Emotionally Focused Therapy lens. My areas of expertise include:
People-pleasing women who want to increase their confidence and feel empowered in their voice.
Christians who want to integrate their faith and mental health, while processing the complexities of both.
Individuals who feel the weight of how their past impacts their present, and seek relief and freedom.
Pre-marital couples wanting to find off-ramps from their conflict cycle so they can have the best foundation for their future.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I have a background working with college students in Christian ministry, as well as families with a terminally ill loved one. Through these experiences, I became passionate about integrating a persons faith journey with mental health challenges. My hope is that processing the intersection of mental health and faith will bring freedom and a deepening of how one relates with God.
