My approach to therapy is both relational and practical. I help clients of all ages navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the unexpected twists and turns that come from living in a world as beautiful and broken as ours.
I am a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary (M.S., Marriage and Family Therapy) and work at Abundant Life Therapy as a Registered Associate MFT (#135742) under the supervision of Elise Thibodeaux.
Prior studies took me to the University of St. Andrews (M.Litt., Theology, Imagination, and the Arts), Rhodes College (B.A., Political Science), and the Trinity Forum Academy.
I offer virtual sessions for clients located anywhere in California and in-person sessions in Pasadena.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
Jesus is more committed than we can imagine to our healing and wholeness. He longs to welcome those places in our lives that remain hidden and hurting into the light of his love. It is my joy to journey with him and others in this work.
