Hello I'm Lara Christian. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Neurotherapist, Certified Brain Health Coach, and Transcranial Photobiomodulation Provider. At Optimize Mind Care our mission is to help you by identifying the underlying faith or brain-based issues that cause mood, sleep, behavior, performance, memory or attention issues, among many other mental health conditions.
Mental health struggles can profoundly disrupt your life, relationships, work, and self-esteem. At OMC, we understand how troubling brain irregularities can be. We work to determine the source of the issue and develop a plan to accomplish your goals and move forward.
