Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in Texas and Tennessee. She has a master's of social work (MSW) from Louisiana State Univeristy and bachelor's of social work (BSW) from Harding University. Rebecca provides virtual counseling services.
Rebecca helps women and adolescent girls ages 16 and older by listening without judgment, honoring her past, offering hope for her future, & teaching practical strategies to support her emotional & spiritual health. Rebecca is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-1) and specializes in helping Christian women heal from past trauma.
My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
I believe that Jesus offers hope and peace in a tangible way through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and through the reading of Holy Scripture. I also believe in the behavioral science neuroscience that teaches us the incredible ways our brains and bodies process emotion and experiences. It’s not an EITHER/OR for me. I approach my work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker AND as a Christian.
