Hi there!
My name is Kimberlee and I appreciate you taking the time to read about my practice.
I am an out of the box counselor to start with :-)
I switched from being a state-licensed therapist for 12 years to being a licensed clinical pastoral counselor. I have been a therapist for over 20 years.
I still use my tools and knowledge from my training as a clinical therapist, but you will not receive a diagnosis with me now. Instead, I offer temperament testing which sheds so much light. It is a tool I highly recommend.
Several years ago I learned how essential it is to allow God to heal, so in our sessions, we incorporate inner healing tools (prayer counseling) for those that are interested in it.

I work with people ages 18 and up.
I do not work with couples and I do not take insurance.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a professional Christian therapist because God called me to do it. That is what really happened. I gave up my state license so I could fully do Christian counseling work. I love seeing people be free from strong-holds (emotional or spiritual things that keep you stuck) and experience God in a whole new way. My career is pretty awesome.
