About

Life is hard … you may be feeling distant in your relationship with God, feel depressed or anxious, going through relationship difficulties, or facing loss. As a Christian, you may even feel the burden of guilt or shame for what you are going through.

It is my deep desire to walk with people through their challenges to find hope again. I focus on helping individuals understand the ways their past impacts their present, provide tools to cope with challenging emotions and situations, and lean into the life of peace God has promised to us.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who studied at Vanguard University, a Christian University, for my undergraduate degree in Psychology and then went on to pursue my Master’s of Counseling at Cal State East Bay, Hayward. Much of my experience comes from my time at a Christian Counseling Center helping those of faith find hope and wholeness in their difficulties of life.

I have availability for clients throughout the state of California on a secure, private video call. My fee is $150 for a 50 minute session. I look forward to speaking with you.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I wanted to create a space for other Christians to process through their challenges in a way that honored their faith and/or struggles with faith. The Word of God is a rich source of guidance and healing, and incorporating that with psychological tools is a wonderful privilege I get to be a part of.
