I have been in my own private practice for 30 years. My expertise is mainly in the area of relationship issues, addictions (12-Step), couples therapy, depression & anxiety, sexuality, and gay & lesbian issues. I am a practicing Christian, and I offer Christian Focused Therapy to clients interested in Christian Counseling. I believe that GOD is the ultimate authority and healer, and Psychology is a tool.
I have a very interactive style of therapy. Unlike the traditional model of psychotherapy, where the therapist is hardly responsive, you will get constant feedback from me. I also use healing prayer in conjunction to psychotherapy.
I have recently completed extensive training in an accelerated form of therapy called "Emotional Freedom Therapy" that gives unparalleled results in a short time regarding depression ,fears, low self esteem, and addictions.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
As a young believer, I was blessed to be raised in a church environment where Christian Therapy was offered and accepted as an effective tool to facilitate growth and overcoming obstacles. My experience of Christian Therapy was so transformative that I wanted to offer it to others.
