Greetings, My name is Shirley Cheney a believer and follower of Christ. I have the gift of lived experience and clinical training. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

I have 25 years experience providing counseling to women struggling with depression, anxiety, mood fluctuations, and/or substance use disorders. My approach is to listen, understand, and utilize a multi-modality of therapies (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Anger Management, Motivational Interviewing, calming/coping exercises including scripture application.

I am passionate about helping women heal from these challenging emotions by blending psychotherapy with Biblical perspectives.
