Thanks for taking a minute to understand our practice. I have been a trauma therapist for 12 years working primarily with people who were suffering from PTSD and anxiety. My primary goal is to help you manage your current situation better and to overcome the past. I use a therapy called EMDR. I have obtained the highest level of training for EMDR and now also provide training for other EMDR therapist as an approved consultant with EMDRIA. Many of my patients are amazed how quickly EMDR helps them to move forward even if they have been dealing with something for over decades. I look forward to meeting you.
