Job Description

Peer Mentor services are performed under the general supervision of the Site Administrator and Phase 1 Coordinator. Peer Mentors are given general instructions and are expected to provide services independently within established guidelines and specific to policies and procedures.

Required Experience

Experience in addictions (past history) for mentoring recovering adult / adolescent patients.

Also mentoring in:
Youth mentor; adult mentor; family mentor
