Some of us presume that being a Christian means having a trouble-free life. Others are concerned that talking to a therapist makes them less Christian. But is either true? Hardly.

If going to an MD's office for a broken bone doesn't diminish your value as a follower of Christ, then why do you become less Christian when consulting with a PhD for your broken heart? And why not seek someone who understands both your spiritual reality, as well as your psychology?

My specialties include treating psychological trauma, helping singles maximize their lives, and training future psychologists.
