About
Alexandra Mancuso is a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-worth, and other concerns that can leave people feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in connection. Alexandra works to create a space where clients can slow things down, better understand their emotions and patterns, and explore the ways they have learned to cope, connect, and protect themselves. Rather than focusing on judgment or simply trying to “fix” a problem, she helps clients develop greater understanding and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Alexandra works with couples and individuals and draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based approaches, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She also supports couples with communication, conflict, emotional connection, relationship transitions, and premarital preparation.
