About

Maintaining a God centered life in today's 30 second, electronic infused world is challenging to say the least! As a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience, I am here to help you navigate all of life's challenges.

I began my professional career working at New Life Treatment Centers and then onto Minirth-Meier in Wheaton, Illinois. Since obtaining my MSW I have been providing individual and couples therapy to adolescents and adults.

I began attending Willow Creek Community Church when it only had 500 attendees and throughout my life have been involved in multiple leadership positions including launching the DuPage Campus and running their Marriage Matters Ministry.

At this point in my career, I have a wealth of experience and expertise in treating depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, and phobias. I also provide counseling for life transitions, loss & grief, relationship conflicts, and navigating work/life balance.

In our first session we will set goals together to achieve the life you desire. My treatment modalities are ACT, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Client Centered, The Gottman Method, and Solution-focused.

I am on most insurance panels, click on my website to see the full list.

Scheduling is easy! You can call or text the office.
