At Always Hope Counseling, our counselors use evidence-based psychological treatment techniques and practices along with faith based principles and values.

We believe counseling is a sacred trust between the individual and a counselor. The goal of this trusted relationship is to improve each client’s quality of life by helping the client overcome false beliefs, challenge negative narratives, calm anxiety, resolve conflict, and heal past trauma. Working together, client and counselor also seek to identify client strengths, explore healthy solutions, and develop strategies for hopeful living.

While we promote no organized religion or religious denomination, our counselors work from a Biblical worldview. Our counselors in no way discriminate against clients of varied religions or faith, nor do they require clients to hold a Biblical worldview in order to receive treatment.

We offer daytime and evening appointments.

In-office, tele-therapy, phone, and walk & talk options are available.

"The best of Heaven is forgetting the pain caused by others and forgetting the pain we caused others." --Dr. Fred White

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

Life brings both joys and challenges, and we believe strong faith is the foundation to navigating both. At Always Hope Counseling, our passion is to help individuals and families strengthen their faith, the foundation of hopeful living, while helping them discover and develop healthy coping and living strategies.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” --Jeremiah 29:11
