Legacy Addiction Therapy is the passion along with Christian approach to therapy where anxiety, grief and depression co-mingle. I use CBT which is a researched based approach and SFT to trace the thoughts for change.
Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Credentials also include Ministry through the Catholic Church with experience in RCIA, Family Based Religious Education, Funeral Ministry and Retreat Leader: Corner Stone.
