Intake & Scheduling: Coordinating initial and recurring appointments for both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions.Billing & Payments: Managing session fees and financial accounts, including payments for wedding and premarital services.Financial Assistance: Processing client requests for sliding scale fees and administrative scholarships intended for low-income individuals and military veterans.

Ron Collins is a retired military veteran who brings a deep understanding of duty, sacrifice, and resilience to the team at Arizona Covenant Christian Counseling. Serving as the practice's dedicated Men’s, Veteran, and Military Specialist, Ron focuses on providing faith-forward life coaching tailored to the unique challenges of military personnel, first responders, and their families.

As an integral part of the team working alongside Dr. Mel McGee, Ron assists in delivering the practice’s signature "Total Person Healthcare" model. He blends strategic life coaching with robust biblical principles to help men navigate complex trials like life transitions, trauma, grief, and relational disconnect. His mission is to guide clients out of survival mode and into spiritual clarity, balance, and well-being.
