About
At Belonging Therapy Collective, I provide virtual Christian counseling for adults across Kansas who are looking for a place to feel seen, understood, and supported. Life can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or like you never quite fit in. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or the transition into parenthood, therapy offers a space where you don't have to carry those burdens alone.
My approach combines evidence-based therapy with Christian values for those who would like to incorporate their faith into the counseling process. Together, we can explore your experiences through both a clinical and biblical lens while honoring your personal beliefs and pace. If you prefer not to include faith in sessions, that choice is always respected.
I have a special passion for working with parents, women experiencing pregnancy or postpartum challenges, and individuals healing from painful life experiences. My goal is to help you build healthier relationships with yourself, your loved ones, and God while developing practical tools to manage everyday stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions.
I believe healing begins when we experience genuine belonging. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
**Why I Chose to Become a Christian Therapist**
For a long time, I practiced as a therapist while my faith remained something deeply personal. Over time, I felt God gently leading me to bring those two parts of my life together instead of keeping them separate.
Becoming a Christian therapist wasn't a business decision—it was a response to where I believe God was calling me. I wanted my practice to reflect not only my professional training but also the hope, compassion, and truth that have shaped my own life through Christ.
I believe healing happens in many ways. My education and clinical experience are important, but I also believe God is present in the healing process. When clients want it, I'm honored to invite prayer, Scripture, and biblical wisdom into our conversations while continuing to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care.
My goal is never to preach or pressure anyone. Instead, I strive to create a space where your faith doesn't have to stay at the door. If your relationship with God is an important part of your life—or if you're wrestling with questions about faith—you don't have to separate your spiritual journey from your emotional one.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, postpartum struggles, relationship challenges, or simply feeling lost, I want you to know that you're welcome here. My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, supported, and reminded that you don't have to carry life's burdens alone.
This practice is rooted in my Christian faith because that's the foundation I live from. It influences how I love others, how I serve, and how I care for the people who trust me with their stories.
