Welcome! My wife Stephanie and I are innkeepers at the Blue Rock Bed and Breakfast. We also offer a unique setting for spiritual growth and healing.

From near and far, combined with lodging or not, call the Blue Rock BnB Healing Ministry to schedule time with us for a spiritual care approach to solving personal and relational concerns. The Lancaster County location of the BnB is a popular vacation spot. Guests are also afforded the opportunity to receive pastoral counseling, marriage enrichment, or leadership training via Christian healing models.

I am well-trained with a Doctor of Religious Studies from Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, IN and a Master of Arts in Human Service Counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor (BCCC).

Over the past fifteen years I have helped people find freedom from things like burn out, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relational conflicts, and health concerns. This is a non-clinical setting which means formal diagnosis is not part of the treatment. I have a network of clinical professionals for referral services. I provide my services for a suggested donation of $50 per session.

I particularly enjoy helping pastors, missionaries, and other leaders, as we provide confidential assistance in a relaxed setting free from the usual distractions and demands of ministry. We have hosted guests from many cultures and backgrounds and understand diverse needs and perspectives. If you are weary from well-doing, feeling judged or mistreated by someone who should know better, regretting a serious mistake you have made, or shaken by a life-changing event, please know you are not alone.

I have authored a book called Escaping the Pain of Offense: Empowered to Forgive from the Heart. This book has helped many gain fresh understanding and practice for greater freedom. My approach to wholeness and experiencing abundance in life emphasizes transformation of the inner person.

The Le Rucher model of personal debriefing is offered for missionaries, and this model is perfect for a week during a pastor's sabbatical. See more at:

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I want to help people find more of their God-given purpose in life.

Although a Christian since childhood, and a leader for some time, it wasn't until the mid '90's that I received major breakthroughs in some key areas of my life. I discovered the power of surrendering my heart to Christ and not just my mind. After receiving much healing myself, I sensed God's call to go back to graduate school for more formal training in how to help others remove blockages from being the best they can be.

Now I enjoy helping people who are hungry for God's best for them and are willing to do the "heart work" through the transformational healing process.
