About

Breath Center Global is a private, faith-integrated counseling practice founded by Dr. Darshan Nicole Williams, PhD, a Clinical Christian Counselor who integrates clinical training with faith-rooted care. Our team offers One-on-One Emotional and Spiritual Support Sessions for individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, stress management, anger, grief, life transitions, and emotional and spiritual wellness.

Sessions are held online, and every conversation is approached with compassion, confidentiality, and a Christ-centered perspective — walking alongside you as you process what you're carrying and move toward clarity and healing. Our practice has grown to include a supervised Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) alongside Dr. Williams, so support is available beyond a single provider's schedule.

We offer a free consultation for anyone considering counseling with us, and we're committed to making care accessible — ask about our Access to Healing program if cost is a concern.
