I have a heart for relationships and believe a marriage is one of the most sacred. A wise therapist said "marriage is a people-growing machine." Relationships and marriage can be both rewarding and extremely challenging. God can use our relationships to bless us as well as shape us into our best version of ourselves.
I approach marriage counseling through the lense of attachment theory. I utilize Attachment Core Pattern Therapy (ACPT) developed by Milan and Kay Yerkovich. I also find the Gottman method to be quite helpful for my couples. As a Christian therapist it is my goal that the work we do in therapy is Biblical and honors God. The Holy Spirit is invited to every session.
