Encouraging Phone, Video and Office Counseling

Coastal Samaritan Counseling Center is accredited by the Solihten Institute, an interfaith counseling network inclusive of more than 40 centers. Solihten [Soh-LITE-en] means wholeness and light. The institute accredits, connects, educates, and advances counseling centers that practice one of the most effective paths to healing: spiritually-integrated therapy.

Our counselors are professionally trained, experienced, and licensed as professional counselors; clinical social workers; addiction counselors; and/or marriage and family therapists. We are competent and specialized in areas such as depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, grief/loss, trauma, crisis/adjustment, anger, self-esteem, marital conflict, parenting, autism, and many others.

Our counselors recommend therapeutic approaches to fit clients’ needs, goals, and preferences. Examples include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy; Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychodynamic Therapy, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. We are fully HIPAA compliant.
