About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed to practice in the state of Florida. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients addressing issues of a clinical nature and of daily living both in community settings and in private practice. I currently serve individuals (teens and adults) and families. I am a Board Certified counselor and my specialties include trauma and PTSD, relationship problems, parenting counseling, anxiety, and depression. In therapy, I use research based treatment including CBT and EMDR. I also provide Christian Counseling (a Bible Based approach) in all areas of specialty.
