My approach to therapy is integrative and personalized. I draw from Christian counseling and biblical principles, alongside evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Each session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences.
In our work together, we may incorporate humor, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive reframing as we gently challenge unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. I also recognize the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit—your faith and spirituality can be powerful tools for healing, growth, and transformation.
I place strong emphasis on your strengths and strive to meet you at your current level of emotional readiness and development. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a Christian counselor because I felt a deep calling to help people find healing, hope, and direction by integrating faith with compassionate care. My own experiences and beliefs showed me that true restoration often involves both emotional and spiritual growth, and I wanted to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges. Through this work, I aim to support individuals in discovering their identity, strengthening their relationship with God, and moving toward lasting transformation.
I am currently enrolled in the Master of Ministry program at New England Bible College & Seminary with the anticipated graduation date of 2027 and attend Harbor Church in West Kingston, RI.
