About

I’m a trauma and abuse recovery coach and Board Certified Christian Counselor (IBCC) who helps women heal from emotional abuse, trauma, and destructive relationship dynamics through faith-based, personalized coaching. With a Master’s in Counseling (Trauma & Crisis Care focus), certification in Christian Trauma Care, and training in domestic violence advocacy, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to process pain, build resilience, and move forward.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult relationship, an abusive marriage, healing from past wounds, feel overwhelmed and burnt out, or seeking clarity in your next steps, I provide practical tools and action steps, emotional support, and guidance specific to your situation.

I help my clients to:

• Understand toxic dynamics and clarify your next steps
• Heal emotional wounds and release guilt, shame, or self-doubt
• Set healthy boundaries and prioritize your well-being
• Build emotional regulation skills and reclaim your sense of self

You don’t have to walk this road alone. Healing is possible—and it starts with a single step.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

I became a coach because I know what it’s like to carry deep emotional pain—and how hard it can be to face it. My own healing journey began when I decided I was no longer willing to live in survival mode. That moment became a turning point, and now I’m passionate about helping other women find theirs.

After years in missions work and living overseas, I saw a universal need for Christ-centered, trauma-informed care. That’s what led me to pursue a Master’s in Counseling and become a Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider. I now walk alongside women in hard seasons—especially those in emotionally destructive relationships and who have experienced marital and spiritual abuse—offering support, tools, and hope for what’s ahead. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
