As a licensed therapist and spiritual director, I work with individuals and couples to let go of things that aren't working and create a more fulfilling life. At 67, I've known both joy and heartache, uncertainty and hope. I offer clients real-life experience, compassionate understanding and a fresh perspective. My clients move beyond just coping to creating the life they were designed to have.
Together, we look at how your history has influenced your thinking. We work to correct ideas that prevented you from moving forward or that trigger your fight or flight response. We work to neutralize bad decisions and enable you to make better ones--ones that will lead to the life you desire. Once you feel cared about and understand yourself better, you'll be more able to find a way through difficulties that makes you better for having had them. You don't have to do it alone!

After my 20 year marriage fell apart, I found healing, and hope through solid counseling – and a whole lot of divine help. I' known all about wrong turns and getting stuck.
