It's been 22 years since I began this journey. I love what I do and grateful for the privilege that has been trusted to me over the years in helping others sort through and heal through the trials of life. I am a Clinical Pastoral Therapist (CPT) in Tennessee under temporary license as I finish the licensure process. I am also a Professional Life Coach. Counseling and coaching can be used interchangeably or independently depending on needs and goals of your situation. I've worked in capacities of christian counselor, clinical counselor, chaplain, and life coach. My work is done with individuals, couples, and families pre-teen through elder facing single or multiple issues shown at the left. I have a special focus in issues of trauma, abuse, toxic relationships, family dysfunction, and personality disorders including narcissism and borderline personality.
My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
I understand how challenging relationships, life situations, & chronic health issues can shape and tug at your emotions, your faith, & your personal outlook on life. How do you overcome when your not sure what your overcoming? How do you stand firm in faith when its being challenged from every side? I know that place and wondering if there will ever be true light and joy at the end of the tunnel that is not an oncoming train. I have personally walked the road of healing and overcoming deep wounds and traumas through the biblical principles of God's word. It transformed my life and I know it can for you too!
My role in your journey is to walk alongside of you to help you to understand the factors which have contributed to recurring patterns of thought and behavior, offering compassionate support as we confront those factors together and helping you to understand how it all interacts together. Whether the process is a marathon or a sprint, I will walk it with you until we reach those goals you have desired.
I offer a compassionate and psychodynamic christian approach using biblical principles to identify and confront root causes to your challenges which can result in healthier relationships with yourself, with your faith, and others.

At the present time, I offer Secure Online Telehealth sessions only. I offer a complimentary 20 min consultation to answer your questions and determine if we are a good match for your situation. Session rates start at $90 with sliding scale available if needed. I do not accept insurance for payment.
