I am a seasoned Christian Counselor practicing in TN. I am presently finishing up the licensure process for the Licensed Clinical Pastoral Therapist (LCPT) license in TN. I am also a Personal Life Coach. I offer both counseling & coaching depending on the needs and goals of your situation. I bring 22 years experience in the field offerring a biblical approach to working through life's challenges. I love what I do and love watching the hand of God move in situations I have been entrusted with the privilege to walk alongside. My career has allowed me to work in capacities of christian counselor, clinical counselor, chaplain, & life coach. I've gained extensive experience working with issues of trauma, abuse, difficult relationships, & issues with BPD/NPD/HPD/APD personality disorders that may or may not co exist with issues noted in the left column.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice
In Christ we are a new creation but sometimes life is just hard. Old things are washed away yet yesterdays wounds still linger in the shadows inviting themselves into every facet of life. Maybe wounds are intensified or uncovered as people who should love you in a godly manner hurt and betray you without remorse. Maybe a chronic illness or life shattering event left your hope in fragments as it left you adjusting to a new normal. God's word enables you to overcome yet putting faith to action still seems like an uphill climb. Emotionally your running non-stop applying faith like a band aid while the wound still bleeds into actions, emotions, and responses. Something isn't connecting, something needs to change, but where do you start?
I offer a compassionate biblically based approach to identify and overcome roots to life's challenges to bring forth transformative change. I utilize empirical assessments on an as needed basis. Using the framework of God's word along with biblical principles we will explore and gently confront underlying causes that guide choices, emotions, and outlook allowing patience to have her perfect work as we allow Father God to lead you on a path to bringing forth the plans he has for you. Healing root causes does not guarantee problems will go away. Some problems do and some problems don't. What it does mean is that no matter the outcome of your situation YOU will be changed in how you think, feel, & react to new and existing situations. Colossians 1:28-29, James 1:4, Jeremiah 29:11
I am a private pay only practice. I accept no insurance or EAP programs for payment. My Session rates are $90/60mins, $115/75mins, and $140/90mins. I offer sliding scale should your situation need one.
