About

Welcome to 10:10 Hypnotherapy & Counseling, a clinical practice using proven psychological and hypnotic techniques to enhance health and improve quality of life--all within a Christian setting.

The practice is led by Ara C. Trembly, M.S., M.A., ACHt, whose background includes graduate study in psychology at New York University and Rutgers. He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Philadelphia Biblical University and a Master's Degree in Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Trembly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia, and is a Board-Certified Hypnotist (International Hypnosis Federation). He is also a Christian counselor (member, American Association of Christian Counselors), writer, consultant and highly experienced public speaker. Mr. Trembly was also an adjunct faculty member of Philadelphia Biblical University's (now Cairn University) Institute of Higher Learning.

Our practice begins and ends with a reliance on Scriptural wisdom and the Lord's guidance.

Based in St Marys, GA, we emphasize that we are a clinical practice to differentiate what we do from those who use psychology and hypnosis for entertainment. Ours is a practice devoted to health and healing. We are happy to work independently--or in cooperation with your physician or therapist--to bring the power of your own subconscious mind to bear on a variety of life problems.

For additional information, or for a free phone consultation, call us direct at 904-347-5677 or 912-882-6448?, or email Ara@10-10hypnosis.com. We're eager to hear from you.

My Christian Faith and My Professional Practice

For many years I pursued a dream of becoming a psychotherapist, yet for all my school learning, something was missing. That something was sitting in front of me all the time--namely, faith in Jesus Christ! It became clear to me that if I was to help others deal with their deepest pain and most persistent problems, that process must begin with trusting the Lord and calling upon His wisdom. So my practice begins with the highest wisdom available, the inerrant words of Holy Scripture. Yes, psychology has added much to our knowledge about the human mind and human behavior, but these additions pale in comparison to the revelations of the Bible. My purpose is to combine the best knowledge from the very best sources to offer you the best available solutions to your life problems. Together, with God's help, we can achieve much!
