Blair Hollis M.A. GCDF BCCC is a Board Certified Christian Counselor. His passion is to guide individuals through a process to realign their lives to one that is both hope-centered and purpose driven. His focus is on enabling individuals confronting life stressors to perfect a subjective awareness of "what" drives them, "why" their value sets are their anchor, and "how" their distinctive inborn gifts are empowering agents meant to be expressed within their lives.

This requires a process of inquiry to find answers to deep seated questions about “why” intentional change is required for realignment to live out a life that matters. The efficacy of this approach offers individuals greater hope and the capacity to envision new pathways; all of which offer a newfound purpose in life.

Blair received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religion from DePauw University, a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, a Certificate in Addiction and Recovery Treatment Counselor Training, a Certificate in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Depression, and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Liberty University where he was awarded the Silver Medallion of Distinction.

His education, training and supervision using Adler Narrative constructs and in Vocational Development may be integrated within a Christian strengths-based approach. Importantly, this perspective offers individuals an understanding of "why" change or realigning life goals has meaning in their personal and professional lives sufficiently to awaken an inner sense of hopefulness.

His Hope-Centered approach embraces the belief that each individual is drawn to the discovery of "how" to use their innate talent in ways that impact the lives of others, in something that resembles a calling in life. This new attitude enhances motivation to adopt new habits, enriches relationships, their well-being, manifests a sense of wholeness, and a pathway to a new way of living.

Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist

Blair became a Christian counselor to attend to the needs of individuals who are either stuck or are encountering stressors that distort an authentic pathway in life. Individuals yearn to discover a life worth living, one that allows them to share the gifts they were born with to impact the lives of others that enriches life. His goal is to engage the hearts and minds of clients, in the midst of their journey, to empower them through transformative change, and to flourish in an abundant life filled with hope.
