I have an MSW from SUNY at Buffalo (1997). I currently work exclusively with adults in both face to face and virtual settings. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in practice for over 25 years. My current practice focuses on adult women and men (18 and older). My practice specialty is: transition from work to retirement and the various challenges this change of life season presents. Additionally, I have a great deal of experience treating older adults who have serious medical issues or are caretakers for spouses that have medical challenges. I have expertise in treating anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationships challenges, co-dependency counseling, divorce recovery, and marital issues. I provide faith based Christian Counseling that is practical and addresses areas of concern.
I am a provider with Independent Health. I also accept cash and check payments. I will provide itemized receipts that insurances require for reimbursement.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I believe that God has called me to assist in "healing up the broken-hearted" (Psalms 147:3). I strive to provide Christian Counseling that focuses on practical solutions in a nurturing environment.
