Dr. Natasha is a licensed clinical psychologist, life coach, Author, educator, speaker, wife and mother.
She received her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine, her Master of science degree in Marriage and family therapy from the University of La Verne and her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Dr. Natasha is passionate about guiding couples through the complexities of modern relationships. Whether partners are navigating communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust, or working to reconnect emotionally, she brings a compassionate and thoughtful approach tailored to each couple’s unique experience. Her work focuses on identifying core relational patterns and offering practical tools that support lasting change.
She has trained with world renowned psychologists as well as receiving extensive training in the Gottman couples method. Dr. Natasha combines professional expertise with a genuine commitment to helping couples strengthen their relationships and create deeper, more meaningful connections. She believes that with insight, intention, and God's grace, couples can build relationships that continue to grow and evolve over time.
Her dedication to fostering healthy, thriving relationships extends beyond the therapy room through teaching, speaking, and mentorship. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Natasha serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she helps train the next generation of therapists in understanding relational dynamics and clinical practice.
