As a one time Christian counselor 20 years in the business, I can comfortably say that,In general a life coach is similar to a professional counselor with the exception of the fact that professional counseling goes into the depths of childhood and the doctor of life deep experiences, deep traumatic experiences that would often haunt us later in life. Life, coaching or certified life coach of times works with transitions in life, and occasionally we have to look at those experiences as a council. Would that do affect us from time to time, but not again not in the greater deaths Primarily life coach works with transition and experiences as a result of transitions, e.g. single life to marriage transition married with children, married with children, transitioning to the emptiness syndrome living as a couple 20 years in the same house and then moving into retirement years somebody years, 20 years of retirement and then moving into a retirement village or assisted living, maybe experiencing the loss of a loved one and living alone for the first time and senior year. Someone is so fun but life coaching could be an excellent benefit to anybody who is not in need necessarily a deep counseling but need some of the coach them through transitions, like job training or job changes and so forth someone who needs marriage counseling, but not afraid of depths we don’t need to go back in time to our childhood someone who needs an experienced counselor who knows all about the deal was the counselor for 20 years again and I’ve been there done that and so somebody was having a problem with their marriage and they need to have a few sessions just to work through. How do we get here? How do we get out of here? How do we fix what we did undo what we did redo what we wanna do and get back on track more than a life coaching situation would be perfect with you and I’m.your guy.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I believe with all my heart the call started in childhood but again more seriously back in my late 30s. Iit was almost haunting. I kept having dreams about going back to school. like someone was tugging on my sleeve. I would hear sermons on Sundays and listening to programs and it was as if I was supposed to be responding immediately. It was the strangest thing. When I read scripture I remember hearing God‘s word so clearly in my head. I remember reading one night in particular - I believe it word so Isaiah who responded : and the father and son were speaking and they said, “who shall we send?” I believe it was Isaiah, who said,’ “here I am “ and he followed up with, “but I’m a man of unclean lips “ I remember thinking to my self, that is so me. And an angel of the Lord took a hot coal from the altar and cleansed his lips and from that moment forward. I just thought I just have to listen. I just have to see wait onthe Lord for what he has in mind. After that I read the Bible from one cover to the other. Genesis to revelation. Every chapter and verse. Every word. I’m still reading three college degrees and a few months short of 30 years later. Yeah I’m pretty much convinced this was God’s will.
