Nicole Widman is the founder of Eden Therapy Group, a private practice serving clients throughout Orange County and California, offering clinically grounded therapy within a distinctly Christian framework. Nicole is passionate about helping individuals experience emotional, mental, and spiritual restoration while growing in their relationship with God. She creates a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their stories, discern God’s voice, encounter His love, and pursue lasting transformation.
Nicole views therapy as an intentional partnership with the Holy Spirit, integrating sound clinical wisdom with biblical faith and prayerful discernment. Her approach invites Jesus into places of trauma, emotional wounds, and relational pain, helping clients develop greater clarity, healing, freedom, and wholeness. She seeks to honor each client’s unique story while supporting them with both clinical expertise and a Christ-centered perspective.
With more than a decade of experience in restorative and clinical work, Nicole founded Eden Therapy Group from a deep desire to see God heal the brokenhearted—emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually. Her approach is also informed by her own personal experience of healing and restoration. She integrates Christian faith with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including trauma-informed care, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Nicole works with clients who desire therapy that honors both their faith and their mental health. Her hope is to help clients process past wounds, strengthen their emotional and relational health, deepen their connection with God, and move forward with greater freedom, purpose, and hope.
