I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biopsychology from Tufts University and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University. I am licensed in NH as an LCMHC. I see adult individuals and couples for a wide range of issues including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, binge eating, chronic illness/pain, and nightmares. I am EMDR Level II trained and have a very holistic perspective on health, taking into consideration body, mind, and spirit, while encouraging clients to cultivate an attitude of mindfulness including self-compassion, acceptance, and surrender.
