About
Hi, I’m Ellie — a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist passionate about walking alongside preteens, teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up today.
Many of the students and young adults I work with are carrying a lot — anxiety, stress, self-doubt, academic or occupational pressure, perfectionism, relationship struggles, or uncertainty about the future. Therapy with me offers a warm, supportive space to build confidence, strengthen emotional coping skills, and reconnect with God’s purpose and peace in the middle of life’s pressures.
Together, we’ll work to nurture self-esteem, build emotional resilience, and explore how your faith can be a steady anchor through life’s uncertain seasons.
I know finding the right therapist to work with can feel overwhelming — so if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out by call, text, or email. You can also schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation directly through my website. I’d love to hear your story and see how I can support you. :)
*I offer in-person therapy at my cozy Mission Viejo office (with blankets, fidgets, and a calming aesthetic), as well as online sessions across California.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of my faith—rooted in compassion, healing, and walking alongside others in their struggles. I became a Christian therapist because I believe that emotional and spiritual growth often go hand in hand. It’s a privilege to offer a space where clients can be honest about what they’re going through and explore how their faith intersects with their healing process.
