About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Family Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have been in private practice for 17 years and am deeply committed to helping individuals create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
As a practicing Christian who continues to grow in my faith, my work is grounded in compassion, respect, and a belief in each person’s capacity for healing and growth. I use an eclectic and personalized therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. My work integrates evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing–informed approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Polyvagal-informed practices.
Common areas I work with include grief, anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, and codependency. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and move toward the life they truly want to live.
