About
I believe that lasting healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, one built on trust, compassion, and genuine understanding. From this foundation, the work of therapy flows naturally. As a Christian clinician, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic methods with the truths of Scripture, ensuring that our work together honors both your faith and your lived experience.
My approach draws from advanced trauma-informed therapies such as Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT), Psychodynamic Theory, and Reintegrative Therapy. I tailor these methods to meet your unique needs, helping to address struggles with trauma, unwanted behaviors, identity questions, and the sense of disconnection that can weigh heavily on daily life. At the heart of my work is a commitment to uncovering and resolving the root causes of suffering not just managing symptoms so that real transformation can take place.
I view the integration of faith and psychology as essential to personal growth and freedom. In our sessions, we will explore your story, identify areas in need of healing, and work toward solutions that bring together both clinical insight and spiritual wisdom. My goal is to walk alongside you as you discover clarity, resilience, and hope supporting you in becoming the person God created you to be: whole, authentic, and free to live with purpose.
Why I Became a Professional Christian Therapist
I became a Professional Christian Therapist because I believe true healing addresses the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My own journey showed me that while psychology offers powerful tools for understanding and growth, it can feel incomplete without the deeper truths of faith. I wanted to create a space where people could experience both: evidence-based therapy and the hope of the Gospel.
I was drawn to this work because I saw how many people carry wounds from trauma, identity struggles, or unwanted behaviors, and how often these wounds are rooted in deeper experiences that go unaddressed. Becoming a Christian therapist gave me the opportunity to walk alongside people in these struggles, helping them uncover and transform the root causes of their suffering rather than just coping with symptoms.
At the heart of my calling is the conviction that every person is made in the image of God, with dignity and purpose. As a therapist, I see it as both a privilege and a responsibility to help clients rediscover that truth for themselves. My goal is to support people in finding freedom, resilience, and authenticity so they can live the life God intended for them.
