My name is Lara and I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Eudaimonia is my private practice. I specialize in individual adult treatment of Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Trauma, Addiction, Substance Abuse, Mood Disorders, Spiritual Development, Identity Development, and many other areas. I've been practicing 12 years. My relationship with Christ lead me to this work. A relationship with Christ is the foundation of strong mental health.
