Our areas of expertise are Anxiety, Trauma, and other anxiety disorders, Depression and mood disturbances. We work with individuals, Couples and Family, under the premise that every person is uniquely equipped with God given talents and internal resources to strive for a life of purpose and committed action. We see our role as facilitators for identifying, challenging and helping replace limiting believes that can lead to distressing and often overwhelming feelings that can hinder them in the pursue of God's journey for them.
