I use an eclectic approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family System (IFS) therapy, and play therapy. Interventions that I frequently utilize in sessions include mindfulness, grounding, and part work. I am also available to integrate faith-based practices if desired.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral problems, couples/marital issues, life transitions, adoption and grief.
I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), but pull from a variety of approaches to provide integrated and well-rounded care. I obtained a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, with High Distinction from Liberty University, and obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University.
